    Students from Davenport Central High School, use markers papers and their ideas to come up with a design for the LeClaire park project for when the Isle of Capri Casino leaves its riverfront spot with their teacher Clinton Balsar (right) at the Figge Art Museum on March 31. Three Davenport schools worked on the design with the help of their teachers and memebers of the City of Davenport design team.
