    Cindy Ramos-Parmley of Moline is this year’s Ambassador for the Red Strider program, promoting research and education for the American Diabetes Association.The 32-year-old, who is a jewelry designer and also involved in Q-C area theater, will emcee the Oct. 11 Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes event that begins at LeClaire Park in Davenport.
