Forget about the PV game.
Now it's time for Bettendorf. All the talk about us beating Pleasant Valley, all the pats on the back are over with.
We are strongly focused on this game and this week of practice has been pretty intense. Coach has surely been making his point still clear about coming out strong, playing physical and being mentally focused. We don't want any mistakes on the field that could lead to turnovers or big plays against a good team like Bettendorf.
Even though they have lost two good players, we're not going to underestimate them.
Our team hasn't even reached its peak point yet and we're still on the rise to prove to many people Central is NOT the doormat of the conference anymore.
This will be jam-packed game that may come down to the wire.
