Rock Island will distribute free leaf bags at two additional sites -- 30/31 Branch Library, 2050 30th St., and Southwest Branch Library, 9010 Ridgewood Road. Rock Island residents can receive up to 10 bags per day with proof of residency. Bags are also available at city hall, public works department, Martin Luther King Center, Community Caring Conference, South Rock Island Township office and Sunset Marina office.
