Center for Alcohol & Drug Services Inc. will provide driving under the influence and outpatient services at a new site beginning in December. The center has leased space from Rock Island County Council on Addictions, or RICCA, at 1607 John Deere Road, East Moline.
The center currently provides outpatient, residential and halfway house for adults as well as adolescent outpatient and prevention services in Iowa. Prevention services are provided throughout the Scott County for adults and adolescents. Adult outpatient services will now be provided in Illinois at Rock Island and East Moline locations. Facilities are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and are licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. The center has been recognized for providing outstanding services in jail-based treatment programming, prevention services and services to women and children. Programming will be available to clients who are insured, receive Medicaid and on a sliding fee scale to uninsured. Contact Joseph P. Cowley, executive director at (563) 322-2667.
