Contributions made through a Denver Mattress Company Web site through Dec. 9 will benefit Christian Care, a Rock Island shelter. Since 2003, Denver Mattress has partnered with Compass Outreach Media to support homeless shelters and will match donations. Supporters can visit a donations page offering a one-for-one match of their donation to Christian Care by going to www.denvermattresshelps.com/davenport.
