Arsenal gives update to business leaders

Rock Island Arsenal leaders will give the Quad-City business community an update on new jobs and workforce challenges Tuesday at DavenportOne’s Toast & Topics program. Registration and breakfast are at 7:15 a.m. with the program from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Radisson Quad-City Plaza, Davenport.
Speakers include Col. Craig Cotter, Col. Robert Sinkler, Deputy Commander Jyuji Hewitt and garrison manager Joel Himsl. Jim Russell, president of Russell Construction Co., Davenport, will facilitate the discussion. U.S. Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, also will join the discussion.
