First Presbyterian Church, Davenport, will host Church Tours ‘n Treats at the historic building on Sunday, June 22.

Tours will begin at noon, 12:45 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. See the inside of the 19th century structure and learn a little of the history of the Romanesque red-stone church, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Guided tours will be conducted throughout the church, including the sanctuary, with its one-of-a-kind stained glass windows and pipe organ. Visitors also can view the 8-foot Davenport Kildalton Celtic High Cross, which was sculpted by Donald Hultgren and patterned after the eighth century Scottish Kildalton Cross.

The church is located at the corner of Kirkwood Avenue and Iowa Street. For more information, contact the church at (563) 326-1691.
