Paramedic students invited to orientation

Black Hawk College will host a paramedic course orientation for prospective EMT-Paramedic students at 6 p.m. July 30 in Building 3, Room 311, on the Quad-Cities Campus, 6600 34th Ave., Moline. All prospective paramedic students must be Illinois-licensed at the EMT-Basic level.

For those interested in becoming an emergency medical technician, the college is offering an EMT-Basic course in the fall. Students must have completed health-care provider level CPR before beginning the course.
