Black Hawk offers youth swim lessons

Youth 4 to 15 years old can learn how to swim or improve their skills this summer at Black Hawk College’s Swim School.

The school is conducted after the American Red Cross Learn to Swim progression with an emphasis on safety, fun and individual success. Classes are at the Black Hawk College Community Aquatic Center on the Quad-Cities Campus, 6600 34th Ave., Moline.

Classes are offered Monday-Thursday at a variety of times. The first session is June 9-19. Additional sessions are June 23-July 3, July 7-17 and July 21-31. The cost is $43 per session. Private lessons also are available. For more information, call (309) 796-5601.
