I was listening to the news about a food kitchen that might be out of funds to continue feeding people in need. I just can’t figure out our government when it comes to things like this. How can the government spend so much money feeding people from another country and it can’t support our food kitchens and pantries?

We are getting more needy with the way prices are going up on food and gas. When is it going to end?

We are headed toward a recession and there won’t be anyone to help us get back on our feet. It may sound selfish, but we need to start thinking of our future. When we are broke from helping all these other countries, are they going to come to our aid?

One in 10 Americans will celebrate Thanksgiving Day at a restaurant and more than half will purchase restaurant-prepared takeout items. And the cost is up for those doing it all at home. What are you doing this year?
I am hosting Thanksgiving at my house.
I will be a guest at someone’s home.
I plan to eat out at a local restaurant.
I will eat at home but we are not cooking: Some or all of the food will be catered.
I hosted Thanksgiving for years. It is someone else’s turn.
    I have no plans.
