Bettendorf parks to reopen

Eagles Landing, Pigeon Creek and Leach Park in Bettendorf will reopen on Tuesday, city officials announced today. The facilities had been closed because of flooding on the Mississippi River.
The Riverfront Trail between Davenport and the Interstate 74 bridge also will reopen Tuesday.
