Don McLuckie of Fulton, Ill., has opened a Spring-Green Lawn Care franchise serving Scott, Clinton and portions of Jackson counties in Iowa and Whiteside County in Illinois.
The company offers services for residential and commercial customers. Spring-Green has 119 franchises in 25 states.
