Community college district gets accreditation

The North Central Association of Colleges and Schools has extended Eastern Iowa Community College District’s accreditation through 2015. The extension includes the college district’s three campuses in Scott, Clinton and Muscatine.
In its report, North Central’s review team praised the college for “strengthening its service to the internal and external constituents” and showing a “commitment to responding positively to the future needs of these constituents.”
