Animal center to hold clinic

The Quad-City Animal Welfare Center will hold a low-cost vaccination clinic from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 16 at the clinic, 724 W. 2nd St., Milan, Ill.

No appointment is necessary for vaccinations, but appointments can be made for spaying and neutering by calling (309) 787-6830.
