Q-C women invited to ‘Heart Smart’ sessions

The Rock Island County Health Department is hosting weekly classes to promote heart health for women.
The sessions will be 10-11 a.m. Thursdays, Jan. 31-April 3, at the Rock Island County Health Department, 2112 25th Ave., Rock Island.
The “Heart Smart” classes promote nutrition and physical activity to improve cardiovascular health. There is no charge to attend and women of any age are welcome. For more information or to register, call (309) 558-2950.
