Sign placement in Clinton delayed

CLINTON, Iowa — Work to erect two welcome signs over the Mississippi River bridges into Clinton has been delayed due to windy weather conditions, City Engineer Steve Honse said.

The work was to have begun Thursday, but likely will be delayed until next week.
