Reservations are being accepted for Heritage Woods of Moline, an affordable assisted-lifestyle community being developed on property east of 53rd Street and south of John Deere Parkway.
The community will combine residential apartment home living with the availability of personal assistance and support services and will cater to adults 65 years of age and older of all incomes who need help to maintain their independance.
Because the community will be certified and regulated as a Supportive Living Facility by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, older adults with limited financial resources, including those on Medicaid or who only receive Social Security benefits, can qualify for residency.
Information about Heritage Woods of Moline or Aledo, Ill., is available by
calling (309) 736-5655.
