The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois invites residents of Rock Island and surrounding Illinois counties to help local children with life-threatening medical conditions by becoming a volunteer Wish Granter.
Wish Granters work together to organize and execute wishes of Make-A-Wish children, and free training is provided. The next training session for wish granters will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 9 in Moline.
For more information or to volunteer, call (800) 978-WISH or visit wishes.org.
