Premier Home Furnishings has opened at Kennedy Square, Avenue of the Cities, East Moline.
Ron Smith of LeClaire, Iowa, owns the store, which provides retail and leasing services.
The Kennedy Square store will be the seventh franchise retail store in the chain, Smith said. A minority partner is Jim Schebler, president of Premier Home Furnishings, who owns a store at the Village Shopping Center in Davenport. Other Premier stores are located in Maquoketa and Clinton, Iowa.
