Richardson builds Iowa team

Democrat Bill Richardson announced new hires to his Iowa campaign operation Wednesday. They include Jim Farrell as his deputy state director and Lauren Rose as his Iowa communications director, among several additions to senior staff.
Farrell most recently served as executive director of the Montana Democratic Party and worked as communications director for Bill Bradley’s 2000 Iowa caucus campaign. Rose most recently worked at a direct mail firm and served on Gen. Wesley Clark’s 2004 presidential campaign.
