A 3-year-old boy was killed Sunday morning after being run over by an empty grain wagon at 1426 330th St., Moscow, Iowa.

Charles W. Frymoyer was playing on the front of the gravity-feed grain wagon that was not attached to a tractor. When the wagon started to roll, the little boy began to run but slipped on gravel and was run over by one of the wagon wheels.

Charles is the son of Michael and Tracy Frymoyer, of Moscow, Iowa.

The boy was transported to Muscatine Unity Hospital by Durant Ambulance with the assistance of Air Care staff.

The accident is under investigation by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office.
