Pioneer Village hosts weekend fest

The Pioneer Village in Scott County Park in Long Grove will host a fall festival from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
Friends of the village will be dressed in period clothing as they demonstrate crafts of the old days and sell their wares. Demonstrations will include blacksmithing, pottery, quilting, woodworking, Dutch oven cooking and more.
There will be musical entertainment throughout the day. The cost is $2 for adults and $1 for children ages 5-12. Children younger than 5 will get in free.
