Cameras should record severity of offense

 I think that everyone who has gotten a ticket from a red light camera should be able to get paid back, but under one condition. I think the cameras should have a timer on them to determine how long the light has been red. For example if the light has been red for 10 seconds or so, and someone runs it then they should get a ticket But if the light has been red for just a second or two, they shouldn’t get a ticket.
