Grand opening activities will be held next week at Southeast National Bank’s new Bettendorf Banking Center in Schaefer Farms Crossing, located at 53rd Street and Devil’s Glen Road.

A ribbon cutting will be held at 10 a.m. May 18 with representatives from the Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce, DavenportOne and the Illinois Quad-City Chamber of Commerce, followed from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. by a cookout catered by Governor’s restaurant.

The bank features three drive-in lanes and a drive-up ATM, along with an indoor “Kid Zone” play area. The facility was designed by Paragon Commercial Interiors, and the general contractor for Schaefer Farms Crossing was Estes Company.

The Bettendorf Banking Center will be managed by Lynne Farrington.

“With the addition of our new Bettendorf Banking Center, the majority of Quad Citians are within a three- or four-mile drive of any SENB Banking Center,” said Thomas H. Robinson, the bank’s chief executive officer. “We are pleased to bring comprehensive banking services to Bettendorf.”
