Ad agencies, marketing departments honored

The work of Quad-City area advertising agencies and marketing communications department was honored Thursday when the Quad-Cities Advertising Federation presented its 2006 ADDY Awards. Entires were judged on creativity, originality and creative strategy.

According to a news release, Charleston|Orwig received “Best of Show” for its Cancer Tracey television commercial for Trinity Regional Health System.

Gold level award winners were: Charleston|Orwig Inc., Crazy Eyes Productions, DMW Design, dphilms, Edwards Creative Services, Kristin Schwarz Design and The Ad Group

Silver level award winners were: Bandag Inc., Charleston|Orwig Inc., Crazy Eyes Productions, DMW Design, Edwards Creative Services, Fidlar Printing Co., Henry Russell Bruce, HOWECreative!, Kristin Schwarz Design, Nehlsen Communications, Oh Frenzy!, Silver Oaks Communications and The Ad Group

Bronze level award winners were:  Bandag Inc., Crazy Eyes Productions, DMW Design, e.p. designworks, Edwards Creative Services, Fusion Commuication, Gunter Advertising, Hanson Watson Associates, Henry Russell Bruce, MediaWork Productions, Nehlsen Communications, Oh Frenzy!, Silver Oaks Communications, TankWorks, The Ad Group, The Next Level Inc. and Trinity Regional Health System.
