Wells Fargo picks Sears for community board

James Sears, chief executive officer of Sears Manufacturing Co., Davenport, has been named to the Wells Fargo Bank Quad-Cities community board of directors.
Sears has served as chief executive officer of the Davenport company since 2001. He also serves as chairman of the Sears GSK Asia Joint Venture in Lang Fang City, China. He joined the company in 1990.
In addition, he is a member of the St. Ambrose University School of Business advisory board and the Figge Art Museum board.
Other members of the Wells Fargo Bank Quad-City community board are Leo Bressanelli, Greg Bush, Richard Litt, Duncan Cameron, John Stavnes, Dr. Patricia Keir and Tim Wilkinson.
