The YWCA of Clinton and the National Exercise Trainers Association will sponsor a personal trainer certification workshop Nov. 11 and 12 at the YWCA, 317 7th Ave. S., Clinton, Iowa.
The two-day workshop will include demonstrations and practical applications of one-on-one training. NETA’s expert trainer will cover exercise science review, communication skills, exercise programming and health assessments. Workshop registration includes a written exam, two-year certificate and membership.
