TODAY: (Updated 7:55 p.m.) WILTON, Iowa — Wilton Mayor Dick Summy was arrested today by state agents on charges of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana) and violation of the drug tax stamp law, according to officials with the Iowa Department of Public Safety’s Division of Narcotics Enforcement.
Summy was arrested on a warrant from Polk County while attending a police chiefs convention in Coralville, Iowa. No other details were immediately available.
