Habitat offers ‘faux’ stained glass class
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore will offer classes on “faux” stained glass windows from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 17, and again July 1.
Cost is $40 including all materials and a box lunch; registrations are being accepted now at ReStore, 3629 Mississippi Ave., Davenport (just east of Dahl Ford), or by calling (563) 391-4949. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays-Fridays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
Payment is required at least one week before class.
Bonaparte hosts flower show, garden tour
A flower show will be held 1-5 p.m. Saturday, June 17, in the Opera House community room in Bonaparte, in southeastern Iowa.
A garden tour will be held during the same hours, with tickets available in the opera house until 4:30 p.m.
