Elizabeth Hanson, daughter of Nancy and Daniel Hanson, all of Moline, is engaged to Alex Baumgarten, son of Mark and Jackie Baumgarten, all of Bettendorf.
The bride-elect is a student at The University of Iowa, Iowa City, and will graduate in May with a bachelor of science degree in nursing.
Her fiancé is a student at Iowa State University, Ames, and will graduate in May with bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering and Spanish.
The couple will be married at 4 p.m. May 31 at Christ’s Family Church, Davenport.
A reception will be held following the ceremony at Black Hawk State Park, Rock Island.
